ACC.23 Future Hub Early-Stage Innovation Pitch Challenge
Don't miss the 2023 Innovation Pitch Challenge in partnership with the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI) March 4-5, 2023, in New Orleans, LA during ACC.23/WCC. Start-up companies across the country will be selected by the Healthcare Innovation Leadership Council. In front of the live Future Hub audience, each finalist will have 5 minutes to pitch followed by a 5-minute Q&A from our expert panel.
The ACC Innovation Section is looking for early-stage start-up companies in the cardiovascular space for the 2023 ACC Innovation Pitch Challenge in New Orleans, LA. The four finalists will present their beginning stage ideas to be judged by experts, including Steve Flaim, Ph.D. – Senior Special Advisor and Investor-in-Residence; NHLBI.

Rules for the Pitch
Rules for the Pitch:
- Oral pitches for the Challenge can be no longer than 5 minutes each, followed by 5 minutes of questions from our panelists. Extra time is not allowed.
- Final pitches must be made live and in person at ACC.23 in New Orleans, LA by the applicant or a team member named in the application.
- After the pitch, judges will have additional time to ask questions.
- Final pitch decks will need to be provided electronically to the organizers at least one week before the finals.
Teams are not eligible for monetary prizes but will pitch during the ACC.23 Future Hub in-person event. Pitching to potential investors, experts from the NHLBI, and physicians is the sole purpose of the event.
Application Fee: There is no fee to enter the competition. However, applicants selected as finalists will need to pitch in person at the ACC.23 Future Hub. Free registration will be provided for two representatives. Teams are responsible for making their own arrangements for travel and lodging.
