The American College of Cardiology (ACC) is accepting applications for the ACC Educator: Fundamental Skills course scheduled for Feb. 11-13, 2024, at ACC's Heart House in Washington, DC. The course will include both Fellows in Training and Cardiovascular Care Team Members.

ACC Educator: Fundamental Skills, chaired by Marty Tam, MD, MHPE, FACC and Rhonda Cooper-DeHoff, PharmD, MS, FACC, will provide experiential learning and feedback to enhance presentation skills and explore opportunities to practice and advance your skills as a clinical educator. After successful completion of this course, you will be empowered to develop and deliver engaging educational content as part of activities aligned with the ACC's educational mission.

As part of your participation in this course experience, you will prepare and present a brief, case-based presentation to faculty leaders and peers for feedback. In mid-December there will be one pre-course webinar to review course expectations and discuss the case-based presentation participation requirement so that you may prepare for this important part of the learning experience.
