Learn how your hospital can participate and be on the way to improving AMI care and saving lives. The ACC is taking what it has learned from working with the 35 Patient Navigator Program hospitals, to launch the Patient Navigator Program Focus MI on a national scale.

Hospitals and health systems who participate in the ACC NCDR ACTION Registry will have access to evidence-based toolkits, a self-assessment tool, a community of national experts from leading hospitals and institutions, and assistance with creating a patient-centered team-based approach to improving care for AMI patients.
