Mentorship is an important part of clinical and research training for FITs and Early Career cardiologists. Identifying, evaluating and choosing the right mentor can be confusing and often times frustrating process. Douglas Mann, MD, FACC will help to explain how to identify, choose and work with the a mentor that is right for you. The webinar will also emphasize that the type of mentor that one needs will change over time and that FITs and Early Career cardiologists will likely need 2-3 mentors during the early phases of their career.
