ACC Health Equity Series: Dispelling Disparity - Achieving Health Equity For Those of South Asian Ancestry
Join ACC for a new series put forth the by the ACC Health Equity Taskforce focusing on health care disparities as it pertains to minority racial and ethnic groups and under-represented populations. This presentation will focus on South Asian cardiovascular and metabolic health, with the aim of raising further awareness of the heightened risk of cardiovascular disease in this population. In addition, there will be discussion of the great work each of these expert panelists is doing to advance our understanding of cardiovascular disease in this unique population.
