Biomarker Testing During Pregnancy: When, How, and Why Not

During this webinar we will discuss trends in cardiac biomarkers during pregnancy and after delivery in normal pregnancies as well as in specific disease states like preeclampsia, peripartum cardiomyopathy, and congenital heart disease. We will address when biomarker testing may be helpful and how to interpret abnormal values in the peripartum period. Multidisciplinary Q&A session with cardiologist and obstetrician panelists will allow for discussion on the nuances of biomarker changes during pregnancy and expert opinion on best practices for biomarker testing.
