This webinar, sponsored by ACC's Clinician Well-Being Working Group, reviews recommendations from ACC's 2022 Health Policy Statement on Career Flexibility in Cardiology. Drs. Julie Damp, Daniel Murphy, James Arrighi, Jamal Rana, Anna Lisa Chamis, and Ada Stefanescu will discuss how Fellows-in-Training and Early Career Professionals can advocate for flexible schedules, leading to improved workforce health and productivity. Clinician Well-Being leaders, program directors, institution chiefs and Early Career members will offer valuable insight to CV professionals about advocating for their own schedule preferences and needs to enhance work-life integration.
