Poll: The COMPLETE Trial
The COMPLETE Trial (Complete Versus Culprit-Only Revascularization Strategies to Treat Multivessel Disease After Early PCI for STEMI) presented at the European Society of Cardiology Congress 2019 with a follow-up presentation at Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics 2019 demonstrated an outcome benefit for complete percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) revascularization for ST-elevation myocardial infarction without shock, but PCI of the non-culprit lesions is not required during the initial hospitalization.1
