Sandra J. Lewis Mid-Career Women's Leadership Development Program
The Sandra J. Lewis Mid-Career Women's Leadership Development Program is a transformative two-year leadership development program designed specifically for mid-career (12- 21 years post fellowship) cardiovascular physician women to empower them through the opportunity to re-assess, re-imagine and re-invent their professional lives.

ACC's Internal Medicine Cardiology Programs are designed to introduce participants to a career in cardiology by connecting them with the mentors, peer network and resources they need to understand career opportunities in the field of cardiology.
Young Scholars Program
The Young Scholars program is an initiative of ACC's Academic Cardiology Member Section and local State Chapters that aims to provide promising young students with an introduction to the field of cardiology and strengthen the pipeline of talent for the future. The Young Scholars program pairs participants with an ACC member mentor for a year of research and education about cardiology and cardiovascular disease.
Clinical Trial Research Professional Development Program
The Clinical Trial Research: Upping Your Game! program is aimed to teach cardiologists and PhD trained researchers about clinical trials research, facilitate networking with nationally recognized clinical trialists and industry leaders, and help participants produce a personal career action plan.
ACC Leadership Academy
ACC's Leadership Academy is a two-year cohort-based leadership development program that continues to grow the College's leaders of tomorrow by developing early career leaders today. This program supports cardiovascular professionals within the first seven years of specialty education, residency or training.
