Notable News | Daniel I. Simon, MD, FACC, has been appointed as the new president of the University Hospitals (UH) Case Medical Center, effective Jan. 1. Prior to assuming this position, Simon served as president of the UH Harrington Heart & Vascular Institute, chief of the division of cardiovascular medicine at the UH Case Medical Center, and professor of medicine at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
