Poll: Preload With P2Y12 Inhibitor

Platelet adhesion, activation, and aggregation play a pivotal role in atherothrombosis. Inhibition of platelet aggregation with medical therapy, such as P2Y12 inhibitors, impairs formation and progression of thrombotic processes and is therefore of great importance in the prevention of complications in acute coronary syndromes or in percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
