As the past, current, and future Presidents of the American College of Cardiology, we are proud to congratulate Cathie Dalton Biga, MSN, FACC on her selection as ACC President for 2024-2025.

We welcome her expertise as a nationally and internationally recognized health system leader, her role as an educator, her contributions to the CV care delivery literature, her leadership in health policy development, as well as her role in uniting all constituencies of the health care enterprise in promoting access to care, optimizing patient outcomes and experience, maximizing the value of CV care, and ensuring the professionalism and well-being of the entire CV team.

Ms. Biga is the right ACC leader at the right time to elevate and support the work of the ACC Board of Trustees and membership in developing and implementing the College's 2024-2029 Strategic Plan to deliver on our mission to transform CV care and to improve heart health.
