Professional Bio:

Iyad Isseh is an Advanced Heart Failure, Mechanical Circulatory Support, and Transplant Cardiologist at Inova Heart and Vascular Institute and serves as the Quality Director of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. He completed his training at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OH and Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, MI. Iyad has a strong interest in medical education and is an Assistant Professor of Medical Education at University of Virginia School of Medicine, and serves on the Inova Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship council.
