Take Advantage of New Multifaceted HF Curriculum

The multi-faceted Improving Heart Failure Outcomes Through Personalized Education (HOPE) curriculum from the ACC and Haymarket Medical Education consists of 30 live and online certified education activities to help health care professionals improve heart failure (HF) patient care and outcomes.

The curriculum is designed for a range of clinicians, including cardiologists, internists, primary care physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and allows learners to earn up to 22.75 continuing medical education or 21.25 continuing nursing education credits.

Topics include: implementing the ACC/American Heart Association recommendations for optimal medical therapy; reducing hospitalizations and readmission; identifying essential components of a high-functioning HF team; and more.
