The ACC offers numerous tools and resources on diabetes prevention and management for clinicians and patients for Diabetes Awareness Month.

For patients, CardioSmart's Type 2 Diabetes and Diabetes and Heart Disease condition centers provide free educational tools, including an infographic, now available in Spanish.

Clinicians also can take advantage of continuing education and maintenance of certification activities designed to improve knowledge about new cardiometabolic pharmacotherapy on ACC's hub, Lifting the Burden of Cardiovascular Disease and Diabetes.
